We’re confident that TEND will work for you, but we understand that sometimes things just aren’t the right fit. That’s why we offer a 90-day hassle-free trial. You can use TEND for up to  90 days, and if you feel it’s not the right solution for you, simply reach out to us at hello@tend.global............. It’s that simple!

 

After 90 Days - 2-Year Warranty
If your TEND isn’t working as expected after the 90-day trial, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! TEND comes with a 2-year warranty. If it’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace it without any hassle. Just reach out to us, and we’ll sort everything out. Please note that accidental damage isn’t covered, but if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it—no questions asked!

 

Damages and issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you encounter any defects, damages, or received an incorrect item, please reach out to us. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and ensure a swift resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
For the quickest resolution to your request, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed and approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item. Please note that we can only dispatch the exchange once we have received the returned item. This streamlined approach ensures a swift and efficient transaction.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you of its status and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the refund will be paid into the same account from which the payment was made. Our system does not allow changes to bank details for refunds, ensuring security and efficiency in the process.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction. Should more than 15 business days elapse since the approval of your return, kindly reach out to us at hello@tend.global for further assistance.
